By accessing or purchasing The Money Truth Protocol™ ("Protocol", "Service"), operated by Sacred Market LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Money Truth Protocol™ is a digital behavioral system providing educational content, written exercises, and interactive tools related to pricing, financial decisions, and self-trust. It is sold in tiered access levels (Self-Guided $97, Interactive $297). All payments are one-time unless otherwise stated. Tiers stack. Purchasing a higher tier does not revoke lower-tier access.

The Protocol is educational and behavioral in nature. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, accounting advice, medical advice, or therapy. You are solely responsible for your financial and personal decisions. Consult licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

You must create an account to access purchased content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Sharing credentials, redistributing content, or providing access to others is grounds for termination without refund.

All content, frameworks, language, exercises, and materials within the Protocol are the property of Sacred Market LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use the materials for your personal practice. You may not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, or use the materials to build a competing offering. The mark "The Money Truth Protocol™" is a trademark of Sacred Market LLC.

Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific financial, business, or personal outcome. Results vary based on individual circumstances and effort.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Market LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, including credential sharing, content redistribution, or chargeback abuse.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state and county of Sacred Market LLC's principal place of business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
