Refund Policy

The Money Truth Protocol™ is a behavioral system, not a passive product. It only works if you actually use it. For that reason, we offer a 14-day refund window with one condition: you've engaged with the material in good faith.

Within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a full refund if the Protocol is not for you. We will revoke your access at the same time the refund is issued.

• You logged in.
• You read or completed at least one exercise.
• You can name what didn't land for you.

We don't gatekeep refunds. If you bought it, opened it, and it isn't right for you, you get your money back. We just won't refund accounts that never logged in after 14 days, since that signals account abuse rather than a product fit issue.

All sales are final after 14 days. The materials are designed for long-term reference and re-use; access does not expire.

Email hello@moneytruthprotocol.com with the subject "Refund request" and the email address you used to purchase. We process refunds within 5 business days. Funds typically appear on your card within 5 to 10 business days after processing.

If you're unhappy, email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us results in immediate, permanent loss of access and forfeits your eligibility for any future Sacred Market LLC product.
